Acquisition Procedures & Fees

1.1       NO OBLIGATION MEETING to learn about your requirements and to discuss how our service may be tailored to suit. We advise on market conditions and how to maximise your investment returns and related services.

1.2       PROACTIVE SEARCH to proceed as soon as we receive a signed copy of this document from you. Our initial research is to identify your ideal investment property in the best location, as quickly as possible, and before anyone else does. A permanent and exhaustive approach to searching enables us to gain early or pre-market access to property. We often find properties before they are officially marketed or advertised. We then select a number of suitable properties for a first view. A short list of properties is then prepared for your appraisal.

1.3       VIEWINGS of our selected properties are then arranged for you. All viewings are accompanied with our advice on the negatives as well as the positives of each property.

1.4       NEGOTIATION AND ACQUISITION. Korpp is entirely independent and represents only the interests of property buyers and investors, focusing solely on the needs of our clients. Our aim is to provide our clients with knowledgeable advice on all aspects of negotiations.

If required, we are able to recommend solicitors, surveyors and other relevant professionals to help with your purchase. We will be your single point of contact and on your behalf will oversee the entire process, liaising with all estate agents, solicitors, financial advisers, surveyors and other professionals until the process is successfully completed. For legal reasons the solicitors will report to the clients and the lending banks direct.

1.5       COMMISSION & FEES FOR THE ACQUISITION SERVICE.

Retaining fee:  £500 payable after obtaining the brief, payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search. Retaining fees are fully deductible from the final success fee
