Our Management Service for individual landlords, whether residential or commercial, was created by Korpp to safeguard your property and give you the complete property maintenance package; from emergencies to planned renovations or refurbishments in your property.

Korpp Management employs a team of accredited professionals to ensure your requirements are taken care of as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

A yearly General Maintenance Inspection is carried out to discuss maintenance needs and health and safety issues. Other regular property inspections will be carried out to ensure adequate condition of your property. The result will be kept on record to help to prevent costly surprises in the future.

Letting support is also available to landlords including full range of pre and post tenancy refurbishment, all gas and electrical certificates and necessary survey reports and maintenance contracts (cleaning, gardening and equipment).

Management Service

Our comprehensive property management package delivers round-the-clock care for your property.  We handle payment of bills and insurance cover. Inspections of properties are carried out every six months, and we have registered CORGI and NICEIC engineers on hand to carry out necessary safety checks and other maintenance services. Our experience in developing and managing a significant number of properties enables us to provide you with highly competitive prices, thus keeping your costs down.

Our Management package includes:

·         Key holding

·         A yearly General Maintenance Inspection and meeting to discuss the maintenance needs and health and safety issues

·         Two Property Inspections per year

·         Empty Property Care, with weekly visits, if required

·         Arranging repairs & maintenance

·         Payment of outgoings

·         Arranging Gas and Electricity Safety Checks

·         Quick responses to all enquiries
